We usually get good service from here, however, my sister-in-law just ordered some food for us and when she collected it she told the person that the fries seemed to be a bit over cooked. The person then proceeded to tell her if the fries were burnt, it would have been black. Unfortunately, the fries were indeed burnt or overcooked, however we want to refer to it.
