A small little taste of Jamaica brings out BOLD flavor to your tastebuds. The beef Pattie’s were delicate pastries filled with hot, seasoned beef with a pinch of spice. The jerk chicken meal with the rice peas was an exquisite delight, oxtail gravy is a must, the cabbage was an added delight on the side everything was just perfect! The Jerk Chicken has been pretty good thus far. I just dislike the fact that when I ask for Jerk sauce I never receive. I specifically ask for jerk sauce over my rice and chicken every time I order and they say okay no problem.I receive my food and head back in the field to work, now time to eat so i open the box of food and see dry rice and chicken!This has happened to me three out of five times here already.SMH.......
