My boyfriend surprised me for my birthday with one of Emily Kate's strawberry cakes, and holy cow, it was amazing! This is the best gluten-free baked good I have ever had. It can be difficult to find delicious cakes that both I, as someone with celiac disease, and non-gluten free people can enjoy, but Emily Kate's cake exceeded all expectations!
