I normally stay away from Chinese restaurants thanks to overcooked vegetables and overwhelming sodium content. I found that the food at this place had neither. All of the food I have tried is hot and fresh and well cooked. The vegetables actually have some crunch to them and the sauces seem freshly prepared.
