Based on Google GPS location, this appears to be now a newly built 3 level luxury one &two bedroom apartments complex w luxury pool, hot tub, not yet ready for occupancy, possibly owned/managed by former Torontonian Denny(? from the D.R., lovely views however too far from anywhere within Costambar, cant walk to mercado or beach or golf course so owner advises he ll provide golf club car IMO several months away from a...
