We booked a table for 10 (8 adults, 2 children and 2 babies) for 9pm. We arrived 25 minutes late but were told our table had been given. We ask him why we have not been contacted before it was assigned to others and we are told that they did not have our telephone number, instead it had been requested during the telephone booking phase.
