First timer. Staff was not present . On their phones like we weren 't there , we said good morning and they ignored us. We were out right in front of the tiki bar,we asked for a different room,and one with fridge,they said no problem...when we went to check in they charged us an upgrade fee and still no fridge,no iron either.
