It was nearby Delta Hotel, so we walked to the place one snowy night to have a dinner. It took only 5 min to get there and the waiter welcomed us. We took the combo option (additional cost to include appetizer, tea or coffee and dessert) and it was great. The tea was great (unfortunately I cannot find in US) and food were great also.
