This restaurant is down a short flight of stairs just off a busy boulevard. Once I stepped inside I was far away from all the noise and bustle. The atmosphere here is quiet and welcoming. Inconsistent service, ordered appetizer twice from 2 different servers, never got it. My entree was excellent. My wife ordered vegetarian lasagna, not on menu, but waiter indicated that vegetables would be substituted . The veggie lasagna that came out came without veggies!
