I just went through the drive-thru and had the BEST service, oh and the best drinks! I wish I would've gotten the lady's name. She was so personable and fun even though it was for only a few minutes. What Closet M doesn't like about Caribou Coffee:
Least favorite Caribou location. I've witnessed a manager yelling at the nice girls working there and that's not okay. I'll place a drink order in the app before I get there, but never food, because this location seems to run out of things quickly or just doesn't order when they're supposed to, so I always want to check in person if they have any food I want BEFORE I've already paid for it.
