What Philip Loomis likes about Chili's Grill:
We hadn't been to Chili's for a while so we decided to stop by. Service was friendly, prompt, and efficient; the mood of the place was great. The only issue was the carne asada mostly gristle on this trip. My sister's sirloin was excellent, and my aunt's burger was very good. What J doesn't like about Chili's Grill:
2/1/24 2:30pm We spent almost $100 for disgusting unflavored food. When we walked in no one was inside to greet us, it was ok, we waited and then some guy came from the back door and said to go around the corner and we did and we just sat anywhere where it was open. Then some lady yelled across the room (didnt catch her name but she had something on her face) saying “ HEY YOU CANT SIT THERE ITS NOT OPEN” so embarrassing, that people turned around and looked at us, she couldve been more professional and nicer and shouldve approached us instead of being rude and yelling. The waiter andrew was friendly and attentive no problem with him. The food was disgusting and had no flavor we left everything. Very disappointed and will never come back.
