Nice to have Ramen in Rancho Santa Margarita. Good menu with lots of traditional choices. I had the Chicken and Champon Ramen but was less than impressed. The broth lacked the richness you find in other restaurants. They have other dishes that make this a good location for other Japanese dishes.
