I've been coming to the Elysium since it was a small place on the not so fashionable side of Randwick. The food, if the chefs have a free hand, is wonderful. But, since moving to the Spot, they seem to have been tricked or forced into providing food for the masses. It's a shame; they're capable of so much more.
