I live out of town and almost every time my family and I visit Kansas City we go to the Wendy's on 63rd Street. The Staff is friendly and the food is fresh! This last time my order was incorrect and I took it up front and the young man said that it was his fault and remade my sandwich quickly! I will continue to go there when I'm in town for the weekend! Rude employees and rude customers. Waited for over 10 minutes in the drive thru today for my order to get taken. Impatient driver behind me sped past and skip to the window so they ordered ahead of me. When I finally got someone to take my order tried to explain the situation to a so called “manager” and was met with “oh well i just got here so I don’t know anything about that” wow thanks for the help worst customer...
