As guests at a Private Function it was a first visit here. I believe you can always get a pretty accurate measure of the quality of any catering venue by checking the toilets. The Gents serving the upstairs function room had no lock so I went downstairs. The cubicles were filthy with water(? soaked floors and all of the urinals were out of use.
