Gentleman was drinking his beverage at the POS to take order. Other employee took forever to make one sandwich and when the other man called it out he called my sandwich something else instead of by what it was, grilled Italian. Then he started to hand it to me without putting in bag to go. UGH! Capriotti’s has gone downhill at numerous locations in Reno/Sparks. Just awful! Won’t be back! ? View all feedback.
