Thank goodness for a place like Joe's inside of the DMV! We have all had to deal with long wait times, and it is refreshing to have a place where we can get drinks and or snacks. We both ordered different iced mochas and when asked if we could get lite ice, we were told that she puts a hot espresso shot in the cup, which will melt the ice anyway.
