This in my opinion is the best tasting Mexican food in Rexburg and some of the surrounding areas. The portion sizes are good, the prices decent, the aroma is awesome, the meat, salsa, and sauces are flavorful! Only downside is it is generally busy, the parking lot situation is a bit odd and can be hectic when crowded and a little noisy inside and the open seating/setup feels a little strange. Extremely slooooooowwwwww! Nothing special here. Food is good but it is just americanized Mexican food. Ordered the machaca burrito which is basically shredded beef. This burrito was mostly bean and French fries. What a waste of French fries. Umm French fries are not Mexican food. I wonder if they ever considered rice?
