What Shawn O likes about Palio’s Pizza Cafe (new Account):
Dropped by for lunch while in town and tried several options from the menu including pizzas, pasta and a sandwich. Service was quick and food came out exactly as ordered. Dining room is simple but spacious with self serve fountain drinks. We had our second company function at Palio's in Richardson this evening. There were 11 of us and we ordered pizza, cheese bread, mozzarella sticks, and drinks. The pizza was not sliced properly and we had to essentially tear it apart. After paying the bill I noticed that when I got home that a 30% gratuity had been added to the total.
