Counter ordering is only for cash customers. They want everyone to order on kiosk or phone. To-go pickup is via automated lockers. Fried kimchi topping was disappointing for $1.50 extra. Meat was skimpy, and fried eggs waaay overdone. Rice was edible, with plenty of sauces to choose from. Drinks only come in one size (22 oz. with dine-in refills.
