A recent visit to Steve's Steakhouse left me feeling underwhelmed. The 16 oz ribeye steak was tough and lacking in flavor, not to mention served cold. The service was lackluster, with minimal attention and no drink refills. On the bright side, the sweet potato fries were a highlight. Despite some positive experiences, including excellent prime rib and wine selections, as well as friendly staff on occasion, inconsistencies with food preparation and service cast a shadow over the overall dining experience. The new location shows promise, but there seems to be room for improvement.

We went Steve's after they opened the new restaurant. The prime rib was excellent. They had a great choice of wines to choose from, both by the bottle and the glass. I was not impressed with much at this restaurant, despite liking the atmosphere. Even the 16 oz ribeye steak did not meet my expectations. The steak was tough, the taste was just okay, and it was not even served hot. The sweet potato fries were the only highlight, as they were piping hot.
