We went Steve's after they opened the new restaurant. The prime rib was excellent. They had a great choice of wines to choose from, both by the bottle and the glass. I like the look but was not impressed with much else, not even the 16 oz ribeye steak. The steak was not tender and taste was only okay. It was not even hot. The sweet potato fries were piping hot which makes me believe the steak sat while waiting for the fries. also possible contributing factor may have been because the plate it on was cold.
