Simply the BEST Yunnan restaurant in the Vancouver area and, for me, the BEST Chinese restaurant as well. I used to live in Beijing and traveled to Yunnan often for work and eating here brings back lots of good memories. All the dishes are incredible, but I really love their sour fish in soup/broth, lotus root with pickled vegetables, rose flower cakes, and mushrooms fried in salted egg yolk batter.
