One of the nicer Starbucks we've been to along the road on our way to somewhere. 1 drink was perfect. 1 drink was a little less than perfect, but still good. Service was excellent. They went above and beyond to take care of our needs. We'll be back. View all feedback.

I'm not sure what happened here, but this is the slowest, unapologetic,, and unfriendly Starbucks in Richmond. This place needs overhauled. So DO NOT stop here, there are 2 more places to get your coffee in Richmond.Parking: Not easy to get in and out of and you could get trapped in the parking lot of they are unloading loads or it gets busy.
