the cajun kitchen lacked taste and flavor. I lived 18 years in louisiana and eating here was a great disappointment. I had the Muffuletta sandwich and nobody in louisiana would ever call this sandwich a muffuletta! it was served cold, thick slices of meat, no olive mix that they taste, minimal cheese and too much broth. Nothing like authentic Cajun/creole food. Very disappointing.
