Ordered at 11pm, app said food would be with us in 45mins. One hour later (now midnight) and very hungry, pizza Roma have cancelled our order with no explanation and are not answering calls. Ordered from them once before and had no problems, really disgusted with the lack of customer service and leaving it until an HOUR LATER to cancel it...for no reason?
