Food took two hours and it wasn’t delivered. We asked for the food to be canceled and refunded. Owner said 24 hours and we would get a receipt. It’s been 4 business days and no refund. Owner won’t take ownership and says we have to go to call the app where we ordered from. We ordered from their website directly.
