We were taken as guests to Troisgros and felt like royalty. Subtle lighting made us feel as if we were the only diners there and the service was the most attentive ever. I have some food intolerances and this was dealt with in a matter of fact manner with my versions of the courses being just as wonderful to look at and eat as my friends’ meals.
