We had a terrible experience at Ford's yesterday. We ordered 2 dozen crabs, a dozen steamed clams, and corn nuggets well in advance. When we arrived to pick it up, we only received one dozen crabs, no corn nuggets, and no melted butter for the clams. We should have checked the bags and counted the crabs rather than trusting them!
