Restaurant was not as busy as usual, about 3-4 occupied tables. Waited over an hour after our food order was placed, and multiple attempts to the waitress about the status of our food before we decided to cancel the entire order, paid for our drinks and leave. Used to be a frequent visitor and after this experience will no longer be coming back. Will be going to Manhattan locations going forward. View all feedback.
