I have been here twice (dinner and lunch . Discovered the place by chance since a friend of mine and I were looking for Asian food near our hotel. I highly recommend this restaurant. The sign on the door says Fen Restaurant and it is right on the corner, with four small tables on the sidewalk and a larger dining area inside.
