On a whim we stopped for breakfast in Roma traveling to Laredo. We passed it at first but after seeing the outside decor (western) made a u-turn and decided to eat there. Boy did we get lucky. This restaurant is very nice and inviting. The service is good, but the food leaves something to be desired. Both of the plates we ordered were not good. The flavor was off and the fajitas were full of fat and gristle.
