There is a window into the kitchen so you can see your food being prepared, that is already a good sign. It takes time to prepare really good food, so don't expect to be in and out really quickly. Unfortunately the other reviews are correct, the service is painfully slow. Expect a minimum 2 hour meal. What they serve is tasty, and I mean seriously tasty, the chef knows what he is doing, great quality and really classily presented better than you would expect.
