Arrived at 3.15pm. still well over an hour before closing. A number of trays empty. Asked for them to refresh them. Other items like the ribs and battered chicken etc were dried out. Sauces hardened and stuck to them. I suspect that the heating had been switched off to keep them from being completely inedible but this resulted in the food being cold.
