What Olen Stamm likes about Blac-n-bleu Bistro:
the fish and chips were delicious. service was excellent. my daughter had the seafood pasta it was really good. her man also had the fish and chips she made her own tarter and he really liked to eat and service, he also ordered an upside down ananas cake to drink. her cocktail was very good, so he ordered a second. my daughter also ordered a spinach and artichoke chips and dip appetizer. they rushed up the appetizers... What Baron Murphy doesn't like about Blac-n-bleu Bistro:
Cool place with decent selection and good service and great music but will only cook my food in seed oils which are toxic to our health. Typical of just about every restaurant but will continue to search for those that cook using animal fats and won’t be back. Eggs were cooked perfectly but bacon and sausage were overcooked.
