We had a company event and this Jimboys location catered for us. It was fabulous!! They had it all ready with all the fixings, rice, beans, chips and salsa and 50 fabulous tacos!! On our way to Tahoe we stopped by Jimboy's to try out. My boyfriend and I love Mexican food and he's also half so we were expecting something good. To sum it up, it is a level up from Jack in the Box's crispy tacos. Very Americanized but totally something we expected. We were still disappointed.
