Francesco Senise runs a beautiful little agriturismo set high up in the hills above ROTONDA with spectacular all round views. Francesco’s cooking is excellent and very generous (only an Italian could finish his servings of pasta). Vegetarians are a bit of a challenge to him as to most in a region known for tasty salami but his homemade ricotta is worth the trip on its own! View all feedback.
