The Louisiana Longhorn Cafe - Round Rock

This is a casual restaurant located on the Main Street of Round Rock. The menu has many options. However, many are fried. I ordered a cobb salad with grilled chicken. It was presented nicely and fresh. The chicken was tender and flavorful. My server did an excellent job with taking my order and bringing it. Parking is limited, so be prepared to walk a little. Louisiana Longhorn Cafe in downtown Round Rock has been one I’ve passed for years but haven’t visited. The staff were very friendly and it’s in a great spot. The food unfortunately wasn’t anything special. The sauce on the jambalaya was a sweeter red pasta sauce that I wasn’t a fan of. The flavors were honestly kind of bland. The gumbo didn’t impress me either. I’ve had some great Cajun food but sadly not here. View all feedback.
