Lest be honest for a sec. You dont go there often. The poutine are not really good. The fries are most of the time getting soggy fast. The burgers are pretty simple and the hot dog... well its hot dog. You cant make something very different. The only reason i would go there is for the atmosphere. To feel like in a old restaurant.
