What Greg doesn't like about Brasserie 1801:
Nordic salad bathed in its vinaigrette. This completely overpowers the taste and you no longer smell the salmon or the shrimp. It is also a shame that the citrus fruits are added in slices, preventing them from being easily enjoyed with the salad. The staff, however, are very cheerful and friendly despite some awkwardness.
