Recently we had a death in the family and I know it seems silly but sometimes you have to remember to eat. We were pressed for time and had to put in a large order for tacos. Not only did they have the food ready very fast but they were so kind and helpful when we picked it up. I didnt expect to find hospitality at a Jack n the Box but I did and we were grateful for the food and kindness. View all feedback.

The cashier in drive thru took my ordered correctly but seems that kitchen staff did not pay attention to the screen nor listened to the order over the speaker. I made a special order due to allergies and kitchen staff did not do their job. View all feedback.
Rude people, locked bathrooms that they wouldn’t open. Dirty store.
