What steves tasayco p likes about Kelvin:
This is our second time in the restaurant and third time at this location. We found eating in the restaurant is much better than the lounge area. Even though there are only a few selections on the menu we found everything we tried was excellent. The music in both locations was quirky, but not too loud in the restaurant while we dined compared to the lounge area. View all feedback.
What Chacon Troy doesn't like about Kelvin:
Nice little spot for brunch. Tried the sope eggs Benedict. It had really good flavor but the dope was very difficult to cut and eat. The service was pretty bad. It was difficult to ask for anything when the server and other staff would disappear. View all feedback.
Great place! Loved the unique food options.
Overrated. Overall, it's just another hotel restaurant. Overpriced too!
