I had a very disappointing experience at McDonald's today around 12pm on 4/11/2024. I ordered 2 Frappes using their app for curbside pickup. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting for 20 minutes for my order. When I went inside to inform the staff, Manager Maria walked by me 3 times without acknowledging me.
