Viking Burger in Saaremaa, Estonia offers a variety of vegan-friendly options, including a vegetarian beetroot burger. We'd been sightseeing in North West Saaremaa for over 6 hours in early March without finding a restaurant or cafe that was open. So the Viking Burger hut was somewhat of a surprise.
