service was poor. had to ask for cutlery. no brot on the table, had to ask for brot. there were cowboy ribeye steaks that ribeye was on the special menu and several sweets on the menu. to cover up the service, the steak I asked for medium rarely came out with a moderate weight. based on their bad performance, this will be my last trip to ruth chris.
