This used to be my favorite Chinese spot, when i visit Saginaw. They have gone down hill. They had an attitude when I placed an order over the phone and food was not fresh it was old and lost flavor. This was my last time ordering here btw I ordered the orange chicken View all feedback.

The place is dirty, but it's no different from most tiny take out places so no points off there...
