Excellent burgers I must say. On the other hand, order at 7:15 p.m., reception of the dish at 9:15 p.m. Completely disorganized team. The fries are blanched in a tiny electric fryer placed in front of the truck, on a rickety table, where customers line up to order. Imagine the disaster if a child bumps into this fryer...
