For several years I have taken aoc mussels. unfortunately this year they are not up to it. I bought yesterday 4 kg in cooking more than 30% didn't open even by giving them back to heat. those open were small yellow steps and well carved as in previous years. to compare I took this day of the mussels of the bay excellent no comparison.
