3 drive-throughs for lunch (between 11:50 a.m. and 12:15 p.m. at this McDonald's for me this week because I'm training at a nearby site. Efficient and fast access, order taking and payment. Appropriate waiting and welcome to be humanized because we perceive the working methods, gestures and practices very robotic: American style but we can't blame the little hands who are trained for performance. I don't give it a 5 but it's one of the rare and best McDonald's drive-thru experiences I've had.
