Though we only stopped for a snack, we wished we had been hungry for a full Meal. The menu looked delicious. The service was welcoming and helpful. Chez Germaine restaurant is an institution in the Aubrac region: beef steaks from the Aubrac area extremely popular and tasty with an 'aligot ' (mashed potatoes, regional cheese melted).... We 've been eating here for decades. We logically came back to 'our spot ' in the Aubrac village... Gosh!
