Went through the drive through today, ordered a caramel oat milk shaken espresso. My drink came out curdled. We went inside to ask for our drink to be remade. The staff said she personally made the drink that, that is how the drink is supposed to be made. Refused to remake it or give us a refund. Coffee tasted burnt/old on top of it all.
